Business Office Outsourcing Services
Wish you could outsource some or all of your fair's payroll or accounting
chores? Fairs FlexNet, developed specifically for California's fairs
by CFSA, uses nQativ software and CFSA's servers to provide
fairs of all sizes with time saving and cost-effective business

"Fairs PayNet" ~ Payroll Services
Sign up for Fairs PayNet and let CFSA take care of your fair's payroll
and related reports. CFSA provides all of the same services as commercial
payroll companies in addition to fair-specific responsibilities
such as the PST (part-time, seasonal, temporary) Employee Retirement
plan for DAAs, deferred compensation administration and associated
reports at no extra charge.
You can choose to have CFSA handle everything from keying in employee
information to issuing checks and all related quarterly and annual
tax reports, or you can key in your own personnel information each
month with CFSA taking over from there. Regardless of which plan
you choose, the number of employees on a particular month's payroll
determines that month's fee.
"Fairs AccountNet" ~ Accounting Services
AccountNet gives your fair's financial staff full access to nQativ's
easy-to-learn accounting software. As with Fairs PayNet, you pay
only for the services you select:

Security
The security and confidentiality of your information is of utmost
importance to us, so all data keyed into FlexNet's service options
or modules is safeguarded against unauthorized access by firewalls,
passwords and codes known only to you and your FlexNet administrator.
In addition, backups are standard whenever our computer system
undergoes repairs.
